Agreeing to these terms

By signing in you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use Termobiz AI for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you may do so. An order form or contract signed with us takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

The service

Termobiz AI helps you collect figures and evidence, write and review sustainability reports in Arabic and English, and publish them with a GRI content index. We may improve and change features; we won't remove a core feature from a paid plan during its term without telling you first.

Accounts

• Use your own work email, and keep access to it secure: anyone with your inbox can sign in.
• A company's owners and admins decide who belongs to it and what each person can do.
• Tell us at once if you think someone used your account without permission.

Your content and your reports

What you put in Termobiz AI stays yours. You give us the right to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for what your reports say, and for having the right to the data you add.

When you collect data from people through private links, your company is the controller of that data: it decides why it is collected, gives those people its privacy notice (Settings › Company lets you write it) and answers their requests. Our data processing agreement sets out how we process it for you.

AI drafts

The assistant writes drafts and suggestions. They can be wrong or incomplete, so a person must review them before they go in a published report. We don't guarantee that a report will be accepted by GRI, an assurer, a regulator or an exchange: that depends on its content, which you control.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or anyone's rights, through the service;
• try to reach data that isn't yours, or test the service's security without our written agreement;
• upload malware, or overload the service on purpose;
• resell the service, or copy it, except as your plan allows.

Plans, trials and fees

Every company starts on a free trial with the limits shown in the app. Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order or invoice, before VAT. Fees paid are not refunded unless the law or your contract says otherwise.

Our platform

The software, design and the GRI tools we built are ours or our licensors'. GRI Standards belong to the Global Reporting Initiative and are used as GRI allows.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and show its state on the status page. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where we can. Support is by email and the contact page; enterprise contracts may add service levels.

Ending

You can stop at any time, and an owner can export the company's data and delete the company in Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, telling you why unless the law or security prevents it. After a company is deleted, its data is purged after 30 days.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any year is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts in Riyadh settle disputes. When we change them we change their version date, and tell account holders before a change that matters to them applies; signing in after that means you agree to the new version.
